As part of their recent business tour, the founder of the UDI holding, Saidmurod Davlatov, along with his students, visited the TikTok center in China, known as Douyin, immersing themselves in the world of online commerce. This visit was a significant step in understanding how modern technologies can transform business processes and enhance quality of life.
In the office, surrounded by an active online trading zone, we were introduced to cutting-edge methodologies utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and innovative approaches to increase sales volumes and reduce costs. The impressive Chinese digitalization technologies and the use of AI, ranging from facial recognition systems to the pervasive use of video surveillance for security and control, left an unforgettable impression on us.
Moreover, China actively implements mobile payments through WeChat and AliPay applications, making cash almost unnecessary. This experience demonstrated how modern technologies can improve the efficiency and convenience of business processes, as well as everyday life.
